Refund Policy

No refunds — digital product.

LearnDev sells access to digital content (articles, courses, structures, architectures, projects). Once your account is upgraded to Premium, the content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. All payments are final and non-refundable.

1. Why we don't offer refunds

LearnDev is a digital learning platform. Premium access unlocks downloadable, viewable, and copyable content the moment payment clears. Because digital goods cannot be "returned," we cannot offer refunds on completed purchases — including one-time lifetime payments and any monthly subscription charges already collected.

2. Try before you buy

Most of LearnDev is free. Browse articles, courses, structures, and architectures on the free tier to evaluate the depth and quality before upgrading. The free tier is intentionally substantial so you can make an informed decision.

3. Subscriptions — cancel anytime

If you're on the monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the current paid period, and no further charges will be made. Already-paid months are not refunded.

4. Lifetime purchases

The one-time Lifetime plan is a single non-refundable payment for permanent access. Please review the pricing page and free tier carefully before purchasing.

5. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you believe you were charged in error — duplicate payment, charge on a card you don't recognize, or technical failure where no access was granted — email niraj@nirajiitr.com within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID. Verified erroneous charges will be reversed.

6. Failed payments & access issues

If your payment cleared but premium access didn't activate, sign out and back in to refresh your session. If the problem persists, contact niraj@nirajiitr.com with your payment reference and we'll resolve it — at no cost to you.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out first.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of LearnDev after changes constitutes acceptance.
